52 Chinese apps which Indian intel agencies want people to flush out
Seeing the current scenario of Indo-china border matter. The Indian government has added a list of 52 applications. These apps are threatening the security of individuals on android and iOS.
All these apps are either required to be blocked or citizens need to stop using them.
Indian intelligence agencies have flagged these apps as red and there are over 50 apps. They are threat to national security according to Hindustan Times. The intelligence agencies have suggested the government to block these applications that are popular in users in India. These applications might extract secretive information from the user’s smartphone and send it to the Chinese servers.

List Chinese apps which Indian Intel agencies want people to flush out
As per Indian intelligence these 52 Chinese apps include popular browser – “UC browser“, social media platforms – “TikTok and Bigo Live” and other popular applications too that are owned by Chinese companies.
Other than these chinese apps the video calling app Zoom has been declared as threats and usage of it was not recommended.
52 Red flagged Applications by Intel Agencies
360 Security, APUS Browser, Baidu Map, Baidu Translate, BeautyPlus, Bigo Live, CacheClear DU apps studio, Clash of Kings, Clean Master – Cheetah, ClubFactory, CM Browser, DU Battery Saver, DU Browser, DU Cleaner, DU Privacy, DU recorder, ES File Explorer, Helo, Kwai, LIKE, Mail Master, Mi Community, Mi Store, Mi Video call-Xiaomi, NewsDog, Parallel Space, Perfect Corp, Photo Wonder, QQ International, QQ Launcher, QQ Mail, QQ Music, QQ NewsFeed, QQ Player, QQ Security Centre, ROMWE, SelfieCity, SHAREit, SHEIN, TikTok, UC Browser, UC News, Vault-Hide, Vigo Video, Virus Cleaner (Hi Security Lab), VivaVideo- QU Video Inc, WeChat, Weibo, WeSync, Wonder Camera, Xender and YouCam Makeup.
All these 52 applications are currently available on Google Play Store and Apple’s iOS App Store. These might be removed from playstore but right now the listed applications should not be used by the application.
The security agencies have also reported the security personnel to delete these Chinese apps. And treat them as “detrimental impact that this could have on data security”, but till they have asked users to avoid using them.
